Team Overview

We are a Team that focuses on helping to develop “Rouleurs” (All-rounders, often the hardest riders in the peloton; Rouleurs excel in all different terrains and conditions) We try to do this and apply it to life not just cycling.

To do that, we will hold training sessions throughout the early part of the year with a focus on skills and race preparation. Generally our spring training sessions will be held on Monday and Wednesday evenings beginning in late February or Early March and going into early June weather dependent. We will also attend races throughout the season even after our regular weekday training sessions have ended. We love helping any rider develop and grow and really try to have fun while we are doing it.  This is a life long sport, no reason to burn yourself out trying to beat everyone all the time.  Yes winning is fun, but it's not the only thing. We hope you will join us at all the team practices this year. In addition, all are invited to join us at the national races or other team races throughout the year as well.

Since our program has a big focus on helping athletes navigate their way through a National Racing Calendar we will be traveling to many races out of state. The Team will attend many different races throughout the year including the National Pro XCT series races, an occasional ICUP race, local races like True Grit and some of the weekly race series events.  We may even try to hit some Leadville race series events and maybe even some road / gravel races.  Sometimes all this racing makes it so we are not able to make it back to hold a practice every Monday and Wednesday March - June.  We really try to have as many practices as possible but please understand that while not perfectly consistent, we really do our very best to help you grow the best we can.  If you come to the races with us, we promise you will grow even more.  We will plan to hold around 15-20 team practice sessions as a part of the program.  If we get more than that, Thumbs up everybody! for Rock and Roll.  In addition to those 15-20 practices, we will have pre rides at each of the team races.  Please see the team calendar for the rides and races anticipated to be on the schedule and we will try to update it as we learn more.  We will also utilize team snap to communicate to you about the team rides and details so hopefully we can make it easy to know about each practice or events.  In addition, we know many of you will be racing NICA with your high school teams this fall.  We will plan to hold a Rouleur practice on this years Utah NICA State championships course to help you prepare for that race once that season rolls around, we hope to see you there too.

We have three ways to be on the team that encompasses all riders.  Option 1 is for our sponsors, supporters and Alumni,  Option 2 is our race team and Option 3 is our National team.   Note- If you want to be on the National team you will need to reach out to Bryson Perry at 949-973-0300 to be considered.  See membership details below.
